We want you to be happy with the products you buy from Perfume-kingdom.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us for an exchange or refund.

If you want to return merchandise, repack it in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. Get the Order Confirmation Number from us prior to shipping your package back. The reason being, return authorization is mandatory. A 30% restocking fee will be charged if the product packaging has been opened. We will refund the purchase price of the Product after deducting the shipping charges plus other expenses incurred by us against this transaction.

We require the following information to process your return.

• Order Confirmation Number
• Full Name and Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Original Packing slip
• Your reason to returning the merchandise

Returns must be shipped directly to the PERFUME KINGDOM LTD. at under-mentioned address via a courier with a track-able delivery confirmation service, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, U.S. Postal service, et cetera. Please return the merchandise to:

Furthermore, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment receipt date. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on product(s) that has been partially used, broken or damaged. Returns for samples will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In case, the item you purchased was shipped free, we will deduct the proper shipping charges from your refund. Moreover, any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages unless we made an error.

If your package is returned to PERFUME-KINGDOM.com marked as: 'refused', 'unclaimed', or 'undeliverable', and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge $6.50 as re-shipping fee.

It will be the sole responsibility of the shipper if any package has not been received by PERFUME-KINGDOM.COM and tracking information cannot be provided.

Broken and damaged items will not be entertained. We are not responsible for any broken merchandise.

 

[ Cancel / Modify your order ]

Our entire endeavor is to ship your orders out as quickly as possible. Cancellations can be made if and only if we are able to stop your order before processing begins.

We regret that we cannot cancel or modify the orders placed online. Orders that are placed on phone can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours by sending us a fax @ 1-718-849-0036.

PERFUME-KINGDOM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed by us the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

You must contact us within 15 days from the date you've ordered in case you did not receive your merchandise.
